I'm dropping in here because it's your most recent post. I want to say thank you for engaging with nellorat. I feel like it's my job (or part of my job) but right at the moment I have no clue how to engage with her to be heard, and I see you making many points I'd want to make, and you manage to tie them into both what she's explicitly saying and what I see as the background problem, which is well beyond my current abilities.

(I don't know how you ended up on nellorat's journal, but I have known her for a long time and aspects of this discussion have been long-running. Which is probably why, in addition to the flu, I feel like I can't see clearly what's going on at the moment except "I know you're wrong somehow".)
